Wednesday Family Night Dinner and Activities
Family Night will begin again on September 15, 2010!
A long-time standing tradition at Red Lion, Family Night offers opportunities for fellowship and settings for intentional growth in our relationship with God.
A low cost dinner, adult Bible study, LifeHouse for Jr. and Sr. High students, Pioneer Club for kids, nursery for young children, women’s Bible study, along with a variety of other Impact Groups are available each week. Family Night occurs every Wednesday evening during the school year. We are excited that our Family Night activities continue to grow and thrive and we are blessed to be able to offer a mid-week opportunity for members of our church family to grow in spiritual maturity. We look forward to continued strength of this ministry in bringing everyone closer to the Lord.
Dinner is at 5:30 pm in the Ratledge Gym.
Cost: $1.50/child, $2.50/adult or child 10 and over, a maximum $10/family

NEW! Women's Bible Study- "Stepping Up" (by Beth Moore) Join us on a journey that explores Psalms 120-134. As you examine these 15 Psalms- essential to worship and praise in Old Testament times- you'll come to a place of greater intimacy with God who delights in hearing not only ou praise, but our petitions as well. Women's Bible Study- A Covenant Study (Precept Ministries) See this incredible thread running from Genesis through Revelation. God enters into a binding agreement with His people and always keeps His promises. Trusting Him as a covenant partner frees us from the bondage of worry and anxiety. GriefShare- a special support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. Contact: Debbie Reed
Co-Ed Bible Study- Holy Living: Living out our Faith in Today’s World

NEW! HOT FLASH Bible Study and Workout - For all the "30+ - something" ladies, join us for a Bible Study (a Precept Study) and workout! Start at 6:15 pm at Cathy Swalm's home, and then head next door, to the RLCA wrestling building at 7pm for a great workout!

In addition to our regular weekly classes....
GPS: Gifts, Passion, Service is a class we offer to see how someone best fits into the church. This class was designed on the belief that spiritual growth not only involves spending time in worship but also dedicating time to serving others. While most people have a willingness to serve, sometimes they don’t know where to serve, or if they’re even needed. GPS is designed to help our attendees find out their spiritual gifts, how that fits with their passions in life and where they may seek to best use their gifts and abilities. Serving others and being involved in something that’s bigger than us is a rewarding experience. We want everyone at Red Lion to take GPS and get plugged in!
Class dates are: October 6,13, & 20.
It is helpful if you register for this class, but all are welcome!
