Home Impact Groups Something different happens when people meet outside of the church walls and inside someone’s home. Home Impact groups are designed to create a relaxed atmosphere where people can meet and get to know each other while studying God’s Word. During these times of fellowship, members are given a venue to grow closer to God and each other. We continue to be amazed by how God transforms the lives of those involved in a Home Impact group. We encourage everyone to get plugged into one of these groups as a way to get connected to our spiritual family and the Lord. If you are interested in leading or joining a Home Impact group, please contact Mark Dell.Family Night Mark your calendars! Family Night is starting up again on September 15th. A long-time standing tradition at Red Lion, Family Night occurs every Wednesday evening during the school year offering opportunities for fellowship and settings for intentional growth in our relationship with God. Dinner is at 5:30 pm in the Ratledge Gym ($1.50/child, $2.50/adult or child 10 and over, a maximum $10/family) and activities are from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Household Items for the Navarro family J.C. Navarro, Director of Hispanic Ministries, and his family have recently moved into an apartment. There are several items that they are in need of since they had to leave all of there household goods in Argentina. If you have any of the following items new or gently used that you would like to give the Navarro family, please contact Tami Pusey Items needed: microwave, blender, other small kitchen appliances, pots/pans, etc, and kitchen chairs.
Pusey Stage Crew Volunteers are needed to set up and take down the sound system on Sunday morning for our Awaken service. Contact Chris Zickrick for details on what's involved.
Choir Choir has begun again for the fall! If you would like to join the choir, practices are every Thursday at 7 pm in the sanctuary. For more information, contact Sean Baley or call the church office.
Nursery Workers Needed Kidz Kingdom is in need of adult volunteers & helpers to provide a loving, nurturing environment for our youngest of God’s children, ages birth to 3 years old. We are specifically looking for a once a month committment to cover either our 8:30 or 9:45 service. Please contact Rachel Murphy to discuss the possibility of serving in this precious ministry.
